Jade has been with Sue’s Office since November of 2023. She came to this area in 2022 and is happy to call North Idaho her home. Jade has her bachelor's degree in Anthropology from California State University, Channel Islands as well as her master's degree in information science from University of Southern California. She has spent her adult career assisting others with their needs and creating a positive customer experience. Jade’s role in the office is to help set up new and existing State Farm customers with favorable policies and also assist with service tasks. Michelle has been with Sue's office since June of 2010. She has been a resident of North Idaho since we was 12 years old and can't imagine living anywhere else. She loves working with customer's and what every individual's unique needs bring to her role with State Farm. Michelle enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, during the winter you can catch her skiing up on Silver Mountain and during the summer she will be kayaking the numerous lakes and rivers our area provides. Her role in the office is taking care of customer's changes to their policies, ensuring policies issue correctly, and helping teach the rest of the office of new guidelines.

I was lucky enough to start working for the Sue Breesnee State Farm Office in January of 2022. I focus on a multiple of Insurance needs including Auto, Home, Life and Health and Commercial Business as well. The combination of my finance background partnered with the last 15 years of Insurance experience enables me to understand the wants and needs of my customer base, both personal and business alike.
